Friends, it is not a question, but a request to share the experience. I need to do a number of jobs that neither I nor my colleagues had ever done before. For example, it could be:
— finding and writing interesting topical content on the subject of the photos on the website
— making groups in contact
— writing competent sales latter
There are two alternatives.
1. To try to understand yourself / with colleagues, to fill their own cones, become an expert in this matter, and Cons is to spend a lot of time and possibly make it worse than others
2. Agree about outsourcing with specialists who do this. Cons — to spend more money and possibly get caught on the divorce, or poor quality work.
Clearly, this depends on the specific situation, but interested in your experience, how and in what cases makes.
