Is the following scenario: on server Solaris configured with one physical interface bge0, and it works through VLAN-interface bge129000:
alex@solaris8:~$ dladm show-link
LINK CLASS MTU STATE BRIDGE OVER
bge0 phys 1500 up -- --
bge129000 vlan 1500 up -- bge0
In this configuration, the following interfaces:
bge0: flags=1004843 mtu 1500 index 7
172.29.29.37 inet netmask ffff0000 broadcast 172.29.255.255
bge129000: flags=201000843 mtu 1500 index 6
184.108.40.206 inet netmask ffffff80 broadcast 220.127.116.11
After a reboot bge0 returns to the up state, and bge129000 – in any. You have to do ifconfig and ifconfig plumb bge129000 bge129000 up manually.
I'd love to automate these actions so that when the OS automatically raised both interfaces, bge0 and DHCP bge129000 with a static IP. Please tell me how this can be achieved.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
