Is there a way to determine what size of any page element specified in %? in the DOM, as I understand it, are the calculated values are automatically recalculated when resize.

You can put the question differently: is it possible in any way to change these automatically calculated sizes without losing the "resinously"?

Why rubber element dimension?
Rubber it will be until its size is defined in percents. So actually, in order to remain rubber sizes need zadvat %.

If I understand correctly, then:
find the width of the browser window (SBR) in pixels, the amount taken as 100%. SBR/100=veliciraptor (EAP). Find the width of your element in pixels (SHES).
SHE/VP=процентное_отношение_ширины_элемента_к_ширине_окна.
Recently I was doing — at hand ready code, but I will say that JQuery makes no once or twice.
