Perelinkovka page using anchor tags (A c parameter name). At the top of the contents: a list of references to the underlying subchapters. Now I somehow catch such transitions by using the scroll event(), but this is incorrect and buggy. How to do it properly?

ugh... what prevents your event on the click and hang up?
$('a[name]').click(function(){
//your code
});
And if the top of the content, and limit this event click on the links inside this block
$('#contents a').click()
