SVN: how to make deletion of control files and directories which are already deleted from FS?

Actually, the title is almost the question.
CMS do not care for the version control and easily removes files and directories of it (SVN).
After that, there is such a picture:

How to remove from repository unnecessary files not one by one, and recursively in a specific folder? I wrote a script that in a loop such file deletes, but something tells me that I'm fooling around.

svn status | grep "^\\!" | awk "{print \\$2}" | xargs svn delete

Why don't you just komiteti the folder and its contents which CMS deletes? separately pour the missing via FTP, for example. There is, as I understand, static, don't need it in svn, in fact.

Still, uploads any CMS should be ignored in SVN.
