Actually the question is how to create a folder in your DropBox account, edit content, which can only be a limited number of computers. While access to information should be available to all.

Username/password account can be public.

Want to make a few dozen(or more) computers used one account, data editing which is very limited. The data should automatically flow in all of the United computers.

Public folder in Dropbox, you cannot share. Therefore, it is unlikely that anything will come of it.

The idea is you can prevent active users to write to the folder (if Ntfs of course), and start dropbox from the user which can be, or as any systematic uchetku. It is necessary to try.
