All documents are archived in 7z without compression, but with a password and hide file names.

Tell me, is there any point in the password as the data is not compressed, but simply glued together one after the other, and I think may be drawn from this archive.

Encryption securely. The data is specially Packed so that without a password they do not have it. you can't purchase them. The password becomes a part of files and when you enter all together can be unpacked. In short do not worry, archivaria and encryption are two different things and the encryption works well and without backup.

Don't understand how it connected with one another?
Small meaning the password is, just if somebody gets access to iron, then of course the password will find.

Encryption in 7zip is not related to archiving.
You can check by creating a small file to archive without compression with password, then open the resulting files with Notepad.
