Good day!

Is the next task is to provide remote access to a computer with the ability to view video and running 3D applications with acceptable FPS (15-20 at least).

OS computers — Windows 7. The remote computer is on the same 1 Gbps network as the computer from which you are connecting.

Already tried:

1. TeamViewer is really bad, when you start any game — the FPS drops to 1-2. Not satisfied.

2. The built-in Windows Remote Access — works faster than TeamViewer, but still — very, very bad.

What can help:

1. I read recently about Remote FX, judging by the description — what you need. But, as I understand it, in Windows 7 its in the moment?

2. KVM over IP. Device type: www.dlink.su/dlink/kvm/dkvm-ip8/

Tell those who tried, how it fits under my tasks? 20-25fps at a resolution of 1280x1024 with minimal latency — pull? Because such devices are about 30 000rubley, I would like to be sure before buying — if it's what I need.

Maybe there are other options?

there is an option not to use remote access, and use videoexchange, which easily miss the signal by the standard twisted pair cat 5

Try TightVNC. 3D like supports, about fps not sure.

Any solution for remote access in one form or another with optimizations to transmit the image (jpg/png) desktop, can transfer its parts (e.g., only changed elements). Movies and games in this version will always lag or crash the picture.

There is such a product streammygame.com designed for streaming games over the network, the product is commercial, but it seems there is a free version with limited resolution 640x480. Read more I can not say, he did not try.
A IP KVM is probably not for you, they solve some other tasks
