Decided to pull knowledge, I decided to start learning frameworks. Chose the three most popular-popular among php developers. So, where to start? What is easier for a beginner which is easier to move on to the other two?

For a beginner it will be easier Yii. It is simple as cork, but at the same time, with a certain experience, it is possible to write good projects.

Zend — nothing I can say. Probably only it will be easier to move to Symfony. In this respect, the word loses a little Yii — with him to climb harder. I have 2 months to spit when the Symphony moved.

Symfony 2 is probably the coolest PHP framework available today, well, or most promising. I would start immediately, although it will be hard, but more experience.

Yii, but any answer in this topic will be very subjective...

CodeIgniter. I think he very successfully guides the novice developer. And, at the same time, copes with large or high-load projects.

Controversial, but Kohana 3.

Do not limit yourself to one framework. Try all three. For example, implement a small test project on all three. Then decide for yourself which is more about the soul.

In any case, it will be time well spent!

Easier to start with Yii.
But, in my experience, experienced Yii developers trying Symfony2, go to him, including me.

Since CodeIgniter is very in limbo, I would recommend Laravel — laravel.com/ this is a fresh, very structured, clear and well documented frameworks, best I've seen.
