Should:
1) Wait for the call from the robot operator (say "Hello" not required).
2) Listen for a while, her chatter.
3) switch your phone to tone mode (on my Symbian is a software button "Dial" directly during a call) and enter pin (4 digits) without a lattice at the end.

You just need to say each digit separately in English.
Or you can go to tone mode (#) and enter the numbers on the keyboard.
