Looking for something to periodically (once a day and/or week) making backup Windows 7 system partition. Preferably with compression of the resulting image.

Maybe Google is bad, but I can't find anything free (or with a reasonable price and not a couple of hundred $) for home use and at the same time comfortable and not, for example, only the boot disk (EaseUS).

Used honestly bought and a couple of times proapgreyzheny with Acronis a few years, as a result, by 2017 version it is fully rolled and ceased to even start. And for some time before any launch file Explorer wildly ate the memory of some of his plugin (+ wrote gigabytes of logs).

Went to Arq for backup files (on another drive and Backblaze B2) + a free version of Macrium to image my system disk.

Try GFI BackUp Free. Discovered it not long ago, the free version enough for my needs.

I use comodo. Able to do incremental backups, encrypt, compress, upload to ftp or nas backup to limit the resources a process to run on a schedule.
