In Word (Office 2010) created a table of contents, but clicking on the links in the table of contents appears the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions imposed on this computer. Contact your system administrator".
The same problem occurs with http link, but they are in the documents are rarely needed, but without the table of contents to hard.

forums,
tecnhet.ms,
answers.ms,
support.ms, ...), beginning with Word 2003, but explanation and no solution.

tried, did not help
"1. Start Internet Explorer.
2.In the menu select "Tools" => "Internet options".
3. On the programs tab click "Reset"
4. Press OK"
Tried, did not help
"I don't know why, but most of helps install another browser to be default, then its demolition"
Strange idea, but did not help.
"1. The IE browser — the installation default.
2. Make default browser — any other browser.
3. Now, again, make the default browser IE with default settings."
Did not help
