Dear habradi, I recently (quite unexpectedly) became a science teacher at a Moscow school. I have a few questions about the AT, communication with authorities etc. Unfortunately, there is no man who would know.

1. The school has a set of "First aid 1.0" with a set of licensed software. All licenses end in December 2010. What's next? Would it be possible to extend the key?

2. There is a set of "First aid 2.0" is set BY software. There is no complete information about the validity of the keys (probably just lost the piece of paper and disks). What to do? where Bech?

3. There is a free software package. Do I have to install it?

4. General question. Where you can learn standards, which should be equipped with school computers? The task is simple: to pass any test.

I think all questions should be answered by the Methodist district Board or leading specialists of the district Board for Informatics.
The district Board is the authority which is responsible for the whole process of education in the district. If there is no response in this organization, there is always a higher instance that can give the answer or explanation. I guess that the education Committee of g of Moscow.

Need to write a query or a letter (registered. a copy of the leave) and send it to the appropriate organization. Don't forget to notify the Director of the school, and it is better to send a request for his signature.
\r
If you have at least one official answer/it failed/failure you can any verification be sent to... pointing the nose in the paper.
\r
In government agencies: without papers you're a turd, but a piece of paper.

there is a site Education and you're there, you can ask your question

I work as a teacher at the school.
About "what to do in December!" — if a school has not purchased a license, you have until December 31 to install Linux (any recommend AltLinux, but can and Ubuntu, and Mandriva) on those machines that have a perpetual license, you can reinstall.
We have almost all of the school district switched to Linux and that's fine.
Thing is that Your car "pulling" this build of Linux.

p.s.: children at the "Cheers" took Linux!

sort of, here the question is not likely to teachers of Informatics and to lawyers. To pass the "strictest scrutiny" should not be unlicensed. in this country is unlikely in the near future there are standards regarding the availability of certain software on computers. need to teach children what it means — it's personal. better, of course, SPO — and that children are used to, and so could not plant... in the same Linux under the vine runs over 95% of everything that is necessary for children to learn in school science lessons. for example, I remember in school in the Dosa was the job ASCII characters to draw signs/plozhit REC folder — with the same success it is possible to teach children in the terminal to work... well, all sorts of the word,-Excel, etc.

In the job descriptions? — no, seriously. You take the job and you agree with a certain list of regulating your work documents. And in writing agree. Information I at the time were provided by the Director of the school. He Department of education. And the Ministry. And you absolutely should not touch the instructions, with whom you are not familiar with.

in addition to the above, (maybe you know it better than me)
checks are of three types (maybe there are more):
— an open lesson by the same people from BEFORE
but do not look at the technique and methodology of the lessons
\r
— accreditation of the Cabinet (once in two/three years), again the same people from BEFORE
here we look at benefits as well as the Informatics room, look at equipment and programs.
If you have any requirements for office, they should be assigned to departmental instructions and orders. They should be at the guidance of BEFORE. (Perhaps they also have the Director of the school)
\r
— check the License chamber here guys seriously. look licensed. see below...
\r
Typically, the software for Education is centralized or bought BEFORE the Committee on Education. According to this, if you know the contract number delivery, then the supplier can take (theoretically) license keys. This is the answer about First aid-2. Again the question to the Director (all contracts go through the Director) or to Methodist BEFORE.
\r
Question about licenses for Vinoxy and offices — most likely to the Director or, again, in EARLY. The applicant with Ponosova not in your favor, for this license you need to have. If not — you need to write to have a letter on their purchase.
