Jabber server and client?

Are you interested in installing Jabber server and client in the corporate network (300-400 Windows XP users).
That is necessary from the server:
Installation on *nix-server
Bulk add users (for example, integration with MS Active Directory (is this possible?))
Saving logs of correspondence on the server
What we need from the client:
Easy to install (preferably transparent to users)
Organization as a multi-user chats, and sending personal messages
The presence of multicast messages
The ability to transfer files

OpenFire — almost a thousand users now feel great, you can write your own plugins your own, or based on what you've written.
A good solution for those who badly knows erlang.
Really better OpenFire don't know anything just.
It's probably about 4-5 years.

We have a bunch of OpenFire (server) and Spark (client for Windows), Kopete (Linux client machines).
\r
OpenFire despite its java-based no brakes.
OpenFire can interact with MySQL and other databases, and LDAP (AD) for user authentication.
\r
In any other jabber server I had ever seen.

Openfire as the server. No it is not necessary to know erlang, convenient web-GUI.
\r
Psi, Miranda, (you can sharpen corporate identity, to remove all the excess), or even much-loved some of the new kvip as a client.

The easiest for the VA and the familiar client — QIP, for people who want flexibility — Miranda. Well, the rest of the Psi, Pidgin, tkabber, etc (whatever is more convenient to let it uses)
From Jabber server — Ejabberd.
