2. Do eye exercises and consult with your doctor about any vitamin drops for the eyes. IN ANY CASE, DO NOT USE VISIEM!!! It just narrows blood vessels, in order to "make the eyes white," i.e., when eyes are tired — they are increasing their blood flow, dilating blood vessels, and we at this time them — VISIEM!!!
3. Adjust lighting in the workplace. You should not do together, and nothing should be too bright. The brightness of the monitor should not be much stronger than the overall ambient brightness in the room. I.e., the monitor should be neither too bright nor too faded. Require the employer blinds on the Windows. Go to realcolor.ru and from there download test Wallpaper on your desktop, to understand how properly calibrated and adjusted monitor. There is also a manual calibration (at least approximate).
